RRS Counselling & Consultancy Services
What is Counselling?
- Counselling is a contractual agreement between counsellor and client that allows you (the client) to explore areas of your life that you are experiencing difficulties with.
- Counselling may help you to find alternative and new ways of seeing and dealing with difficulties, helping you to find solutions.
- A process that helps you to explore and understand your feelings about your situation in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental counselling environment.
