This bespoke worshop was designed and facilitated by Roxana Rudzik-Shaw, focussing on embracing individuality, positivity, and developing self-esteem, through creativity to ultimately promote positive mental health and wellbeing amongst pupils.

Miss Worrall, Teacher and Art Co-ordinator, said of this bespoke workshop:

"The Positive Vibes workshop was tailored to our children's needs to help raise their self esteem and self expectations. All children were spoken to in an enthusiastic and caring manner by Roxy; this enabled all children to feel that their contributions were valued. The activities designed were paced excellently and kept the children focussed and engaged. The workshop also gave the children the opportunity to share some fears with their teachers which proved very insightful as we were able to talk to children about issues that we were previously unaware of. Thank you!".
